I'm at a total loss as to why people think this. I do not see any of the corrections or amendments in the claims being challenged in the latest request for reexam. As a matter of fact the request includes claims that no longer exist.

This is good news, as the amendments might help put this prior art to rest just as it did in the last reexam. It is quite likely that the amended claims are only valid when published. In which case the examiner can not consider those amendments either.

In any case, if I'm wrong on this, please correct me.
