Yes, that`s what I would expect. A CMC is not a settlement conference or a mediation, it is normally a conference to get the case in a posture for trial --- certainly, the judge would like for the matter to settle, but he won`t listen forever to a lot of whining and backbiting about who is doing what to whom, or who is being ``difficult`` and who isn`t.

Remember, as I have said many times, in the final analysis, a trial date is the ``great equalizer`` --- whoever is being the most unreasonable tends to get reasonable pretty quick. The exception is someone who doesn`t care about the outcome, but I don`t see much chance of that here --- even if Intel has padded Moore`s bank account so that HE doesn`t care, it is difficult to believe that Intel itself would not.
