Pubpat the requester, says Mostek, Dozier, and Richter are prior art because

posted on Nov 17, 09 03:58PM

the internal system on all three have their own on chip independent clocking devices and that all three have external systems with their own independent clocking devices that control the on chip input/output connecting devices.

Further, they admit that all the other patent prior art claims, from prior re-exam requests, were not really prior art just BS mistakes. But it is now different, that Mostek, Dozier, and Richter were not named in the original patent applications for the 336 as well as the last re-exams and that they should have been. Mostek was used before but in a different way???

They are not using the KSR ruling in the application of this newly found prior art. I only read about 5 pages out of the first 20 and there are 160 pages.

Personally, I don't trust the writer because the little I read of the first re-exam request sounded just as positive and it turned out to be all false BS.

A guy with over a million dollars of PTSC shares should hire an IEEE to review this stuff. I wonder why he doesn't share with all of us. I wonder if he shares with his friends. The quiet from certain contributors is deafening
