I spoke with the court reporter and she advised me that her transcript will be available to view through the Pacer system by Feb 11. However, for anyone who absolutely needs to see the information before then, it can be purchased from her directly. I believe she said it was 12 pages at $.90 per page. I asked her to send me an invoice for the $10.80. Once she receives payment she will e-mail the transcript (PDF).

Then I asked her if there was anything of substance that might be interesting and she didn't indicate that there was. She gave a quick look and said the judge had asked about the re-exam. The outcome of the conference was a reschedule of another CMC for Feb 12. Of course this is heresay and I would suggest that if anyone is really interested in obtaining this transcript before it is made public, I will be happy to forward the invoice to you.

Otherwise, it looks like it will be available through Pacer on Feb 11, the day before the new conference is scheduled.
