They will run out of ammunition and it doesn't matter once we get the recertification of one or two major MMP patents b.c then we have original certification, then recertification, and we can persuade a judge not to allow a stay if there are a 2nd wave of reexams on the the recertified patents and TPL can push for the logical conclusion of the MMP: a court verdict. Once you have infringement and validity proven in court, plus 1 round of recertification from the USPTO, that seems to be very persuasive in my boat.

Also, I believe the latest reexam was submitted prior to the NIRC b.c I honestly believe once the USPTO recertifies a patent, they will be reluctant to open the case again.

By the latest reexam beating the recertification announement, imo, the guidlines of the PTO stipulate that the reexam be applied to the way the patent WAS written, not its amended form.

So we navigate this one. If they were ever to accept a 3rd reexam, I would probably fly down to Washington and camp outside the director's office until I could speak to him. Try and make some local news...lol
