The new proxy due on Dec. 5th and we should hear what they plan for us to vote on or before that date. Bankerson and karlwest listed some good points to consider this AM and one must ask themselves why no new CEO announced? Why is SHM REALLY being moved to Chicago? Why did they get rid of Angela? etc None of us know what is going on at this point, but the questions Bankerson and karlwest posed this AM sure look like a merger or buyout answer to me. Could it be that our BoD just got tired of the fight? Or could it be that "a deal" will make them all very very wealthy? If there is a buyout in the makings it seems like a German co. would make sense since the MMP has been validated there. If Baroni is setting something up for us r/t CDX it seems like the co. would be located in Chicago or very close by. Anyway, the time to find out SOMETHING is getting very close. GL, ads
