I suspect the PR was "just the facts" due to the negative reaction created with fluff PR describing the WAVE of licensing activity.

I also suspect the share price went down as investors are realizing that settlement fees are not going to be much until patent office completes the review. This means that when we sign up a fairly large firm, we are leaving money on the table since we are negotiating with a weak hand.

At least it is money to keep Allicense operational.
