It is my understanding Joseph Pokrzywa is examining 749, 148 and 890. The new 336 exam is Behzad Peikari.

Litigation:

The T2. Acer 336, 749, 584 and HTC 336, 749 584 and 148. However, I believe the 584 was dropped. Subsequently we attempted to reinstate it, but denied.

Barco 749, 584 and 890. Same 584 note as above.

Reexam Status::

336 A new reexam authorized while waiting for recert to be published. 584 Recert published. 749 Three separate exams responded to and recently merged. And a new office action for which we are awaiting details. I have posted separately on that. 148 we have responded to both reexams which have been merged We are awaiting for the examiner to make the next move. Could be NIRC, or could be final rejection or could be another non-final OA. 890 We responded favorably and the examiner took it upon himself to find some new prior art to toss tack a us in a non-final OA

I am not expecting expedited responses to OAs. I would hope our patent attorney takes the full allotment of time to respond. Now is not the time for a screw up that could be avoided given the proper attention.
