I think you are correct on all counts. As I have said many times, a trial date tends to bring those on the fringe back to reality PDQ --- at the same time, as you have noted, it gives investors and potential investors an important landmark.

A perfect ``win/win`` situation for PTSC would be a contract, whether GDDS or other, announced before the case is actually tried. Ahhhh......I can hear Larry`s ``crescendo`` now.
