The shareholder meeting was good and bad. I was happy that the BOD was all there along with DL.

The good is some of us had a chance to meet with Cliff this morning at breakfast. Cliff IMO is an honest decent person and I think for the most part his hands are tied to a certain extent. He is doing what he can under the circumstances and legally he just can't give the info that some of us want. Which brings me to the bad, some information will not be divulged and there is nothing we can do about it.

Many questions were asked and answered and I thought they were as forth coming as they could be. In a short answer our board answers questions very conservatively regarding the future and DL talks like the Markman is a slam dunk. Not if but when we prevail on a positive Markman were his words in a nut shell.

Have to run maybe more later!
