Sorry for the formatting as I am using my I-pad ... IMO we do have a fighters chance of success , but as we all know this stock is not a 2 year hold any longer. I am not a seller .. The patients are entering winter so we must make it happen NOW....If not NOW there will never be a later... We are NOT a penny stock we are really a MESSAGE board stock. The BOD believes that the bashers are why we are at the low price. ...everyone attending heard this... We will never change their minds... It is my opinion that the shareholders are just as powerless as our BOD...Let's relax for the next few weeks as freaking out will not do us any good... We were told that the dividends will only happen if PTSC 's bank is full of money... I did ask the one question to the Board and that was if TPL wants to settle for amount A and we believe that we should get C can PTSC have any influence and Cliff gave a Casey Stengle type answer...No answer really.......Lecky later mentioned that these matters are his calls... Hang in there is my opinion...Yes if we have a bad court decision then we are toast but if we win - good outcome - as a passenger in this race we are back on the race track.... the best what ever you decide to do...Larry
