Why is it worrisome? Either we have the reverse engineering or we don't ? How does this affect the Markman? I don't remember hearing that every company infringes and if they do we better be able to prove it. The master didn't say those chips do not infringe he is just saying get more specific and there is case law that backs up his decision.
