You`ve made at least one assumption here that doesn`t appear immediately obvious. (I`m not saying that the cause-effect doesn`t exist, I`m just suggesting that the causality is anything but apparent).

1) How did the Agora PR send PGGG down?

a) How do you know that PGGG wasn`t set for the decline through:

o manipulation

o criminal conspiracy

o acts of god

b) How do you know that PGGG wasn`t set for a complete collapse and was somewhat saved by Agora`s intercession? (Yeah, I know - it has me rolling on the floor in fits of sixties-style convulsive laughter, but I just had to see what it looks like in print...)

If you were talking about a NYSE high-tech that trades a coupla million shares a day, I could maybe buy the PR-did-me-in angle; but this is a backwater third tier pink sheet Costa Rican brainchild that doesn`t rank even Rockville NASD scrutiny... it`s a nothing. A non-entity. Even the SEC figures that people gittin` cut on this knife are so in the hinterlands they don`t rank a true legal response; really, try calling up the SEC and bitching that this pink did you.

I don`t know who did the fax spam. But to ascribe their actions to a multi-million dollar collapse on a Costa Rican offshore pink is just plain crazy. Try another angle. This one`s not gonna hunt.
