Tim, the amount of shares involved is miniscule compared to the original one billion shares authorized and in relation to the number of shares currently authorized. I can see the price falling to the price paid by the selected investors, but I do not see it staying there for long. The strike price of the additional options is 1.60 so I see that as a floor in the future. As u say, only need one PR. GL
