Cotter`s guesstimated answer? Tighthole status!

In dealing with public shareholders Cotter. You may want to add a human touch to your ways. Listening totally to advisors who just bend you over to take a dollar is not always advisable. When things get mixed the way they are presently over the Michigan program. A clean diaper is needed.
