huge volume spike a month ago

I was looking at the charts and there was a massive volume spike (over 600k) last month. A spike like that normally indicates a trend reversal so it'll be curious to see how this thing plays out. Someone got lots of this stock a little while ago and I'd like to be a fly on the wall of that office that made the decision. what do they know??? hmmmmm.
