I guess I am pleased that NOT is interested in drilling PRB's nearby claims...I was made skeptical earlier that PRB did not seem anxious to spend their own money to drill AND seemed to only find a very small, shallow pocketed JV partner who was interested in drilling....But doesn't this bode ill for consummating a lucrative deal with NOT ? meaning fewer shares of NOT, smaller net smelter %..or no deal at all ?
