3) The program will comprise eight holes totalling approximately 2,100 metres and will focus on the potential chromite horizon, as well as four additional geophysical targets that are prospective for nickel-copper and the platinum group metals. (June 23, 2009)

There were no details about where these four additional targets were and how drilling would be done. Also, sign-off by NOT was delayed. I'm certain there was no money issue.

4) Hole NOT-09-49 was planned as a 1,000-metre platform hole for a borehole electromagmetic survey evaluating the depth extension of the Eagle One mineralization. The hole was located at the northwestern contact of the Eagle One conduit. (June 29, 2009)

There is an ambiguity with the word "northwestern". Two zones below 235mtres are heading to north west direction (jv property which is 450 metre away) from Eagle One? or drilling was actually done on NOT/PRB jv property?
