Noront released that one hole NOT-09-49 intersected two zones of disseminated, semi-massive and massive sulphides. It is silly to say "So far, I have seen no evidence of it trending to the west." based on this information. Nobody can tell whether it trends to west, east, south, north or air in the ozone layer.
Precisely my point. It could go west, but there's no evidence that it does. All we have is one subvertical hole. We have one dimension of the three required to define a volume.
I didn't characterize your thoughts as silly. Please afford me a similar courtesy.
And with respect to the claim dispute, my sources are independent of both Noront and Probe. I'm not surprised that there may be different versions floating around about what the dispute was really about, but that's not the point I was really making. I see no concession by Noront in the JV agreement. I see complete concession by Probe. Probe gave up 50% title, formally. Probe got no compensation for past exploration expenses on the properties. No shares changed hands. No cash. Just a commitment to share costs going forward. What's the quid pro quo?
