why does any one wish for a takeover from not right now?

I am also a not share holder.However,not all takeover makes sense particularly for prb right now.We are waiting for drilling result of west timmins and sitting on 5% nsp from goldex mine and 3 for one from not just does not make sense particularly that we still have enough money to fight it out for another couple of years.
