Your report respecting comments from the Office are all well & good.

Everything about the goings on since last August not only respecting PRB in the RoF are very curious to say the least.

Just one more thing I will make note of respecting this PP and it's timing the day before a Provincial Budget while there is a Federal Election under way, though no one has come out and mentioned it directly, is the particular sizing of this PP.

Just enough shares involved to keep a related group of buyers hiring the likes of BMO to arrange it for them for just under the 20% Reporting Rule.

This makes it interesting as much or more so than everything else that can be read into it's occurring just now.

The Warrants added in, especially with what ever stipulation may be attached to those, is just some 'Extra Interesting' for down the road.

March is always the Most Interesting Month! Most of the time at least.
