"generous handout" all right, but you must mean of Shares. Very Generous handout of PRB Shares in deed!

"an extra $10 million ( a 67% increase ) when you did not ask for it?? " Recall who approached who on doing any PP now. $25 Million not sought by Probe Mines. But essentially $40 plus Million pushed down their throat.

To happen at all it will have to pass muster, both before April 21th and then for a very long time afterward.

Which begs the question: What is the purpose here?
