About all that can be figured at this point in Borden Lake's History is that given the type of wide spread low grade diffusion displayed by the known Gold Bearing Rock radiating out from a very respectable and very decently wide central feeder zone of very good grade (continuity yet to be properly defined) is that the Extent and Depth of both the Difused on and near surface realtively low grade as well as the Extent and Depth of the central zone feeder system has yet to be well defined.
If the Gold bearing Feeder System is similar at all to other Gold Bearing Systems with comparable Gold Distribution Characteristic, both within Northern Ontario and/or elsewhere through out the world, then it is to be expected (currently - should be expected) that this Very Decent Gold bearing central zone extends to VERY Considerable Depth. Possibly leading into a more Vein Like System in the deeper more fractured underlying rock. Having need to be determined.
And it is for this reason, over and above the currently very apparent considerable extent of surface relatively low, but very likely economic, Gold grades that the individuals behind this BMO sponsored Private Placement had BMO approach Probe Mines, having a well researched Geological Working Model under arm, to pitch their desire to become strong supporters of seeing this now apparent, but needing to be proven, new Gold Camp become reality.
If so, it is more than very apparent that Probe Mines Management and BoD also understand, Geologically, this Very Likely Potential, which is also equally apparent judging by their willingness to even entertain such a Massive Dilution to current Shareholders, and at this currently very strongly suppressed Share Price.
As I stated before, either the above or this PP is no more than pure toxic BS!
Now, to determining which is which, it would be important to have some very decent knowledge of the back ground history of both Probe Mines' CEO and that of the key members of the BoD. I have but some passing understanding of the one and some lesser amount regarding the others.
It is already well understood who BMO are and what types of Ventures they pitch and represent on behalf of their wide and varied 'Big Time Investing' Customer Base.
Thus, I am putting out a request to any and all to provide focused, yet informative, background support respecting the key Probe Mines Management and Directors.
Thereby allowing any and all others to better discern what could possibly be the reasoning and underlying thinking that underpins this monumental decision to entertain such a critically large, Company Changing, Private Placement.
