But still heavy on the "posting faith based vagaries" LOL

If I wanted to buy more than 5000 - 20,000 will I be able to buy them on any single trading day (as today is not) at or under $1.50 in the OPEN MARKET? To try buying even one million under or at $1.50, how long would I have to control the SP?
