IMO, the real reason we still have BC is that Dave would not sell the asset for peanuts.

Since Cliffs acquired its current holdings on the cheap, they are in no hurry publicly eating crow with a purchase price that Dave knows its worth. Sooner or later, Cliffs will have to pay the piper.
