Message: Monique Results

Finally getting the last results from 2021.  Looks very solid to me.  Fully cashed up, nine drills humming and a very agressive 150K+ meter program for 2022, we look to be in great shape.

Below is a copy of Seema's highlghts from this morning's release.

Best, NS

We reported the last set of results from the 52,000-metre 2021 drill program this morning (see attached NR).

The results are from 34 holes from the resource expansion and infilling drill program completed in 2021 over the Monique gold zones.

Here are the important highlights:

  • Continued expansion along strike and depth
  • Expansion drilling returned
    • 12.7 g/t Au over 8.1 metres (17.2 g/t Au over 8.1 metres – uncut),
    • 1.5 g/t Au over 26.7 metres,
    • 2.1 g/t Au over 14.5 metres, all at shallow depths
  • Infill drilling continues to confirm resource, returning
    • 1.9 g/t Au over 13.7 metres and 0.9 g/t Au over 45.4 metres near surface inside Monique Gold Trend’s open-pittable deposits
  • 9 drills active on the Val-d’Or East (VDE) project including 7 on the Monique Gold Trend

The Monique deposit has surpassed all our expectations.

Drill results to date have confirmed two important aspects of any deposits – continuity and expansion potential.

Expansion drilling at Monique has returned thick intersections of gold mineralization, typically above the average resource grades. We are seeing a gradual shift towards thicker, higher-grade material as we further delineate the gold systems at Monique.

Infill drilling continues to confirm the resource and the current block model with respect to grades and continuity.

All intercepts listed in today's news release will be included in the updated resource for the Val-d’Or East project, which will form the basis of the prefeasibility study (PFS) expected to be completed in 2023.

Overall, these results will help build ounces in the next resource update as we advance the project towards development, potentially increasing the production profile, pit sizes, and mine life.

2022 progress

Our 2022 exploration and development program at Val d’Or East (VDE) project includes 150,000m of drilling focused mainly on resource conversion and expansion.

Of the 150,000m drill program, the 2022 winter drill program totalling 50,000m is already completed with the remaining 100,000m to be completed by year-end.

Probe recently completed a $20mm flow-through financing. With the closing of the offering, Probe is fully funded to complete its current 2022 activities and beyond.

We look forward to reporting more drill results soon.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with your questions.

Thanks, and have a great day!
