Hello,
I was on SH today and found this interesting news release on December 12th, 2007. I'm not too sure if too many people realize this. Have a look. I would think this is a good chance to pick up some cheap shares.
As follows:
Temex Resources Corp. has announced it has signed a binding letter of intent to grant the Calgary-based Mill City Gold Corp. the option to earn a 50 per cent interest in a set of mining claims in the high-interest James Bay Lowlands.
The 64 staked claims total 40,480 acres and are located near Noront Resources Ltd.'s famed Double Eagle discovery.
In order to earn its 50 per cent interest, Mill City must, among other criteria, complete $2,500,000 of exploration expenditures over a three-year period. The company may then opt to enter into a joint venture with Temex.
With a direct interest in 4,391 mining claim units covering more than 175,000 acres in the region of the Double Eagle discovery, Temex is one of the largest landholders in the area.
I'm also a share holder of NOT, PRB, BMK and FWR.
Should be an interesting year in 2008.
GLTA,
paralytic
