Just heard on the news,President Bush vetoed stem cell research.He said he would not support research using embrionic stem cells.This is not the only way stem cells can be harvested.Pardon me for venting, but this is the administration promoting corn and switchgrass as a fuel alternative.Corn futures thru 2008 are over $4.00/bu.,switchgrass seed is $10.00/lb.(do the math ,this is to expensive and will not work.)If this behavior continues,how many people will have to choose between food,prescriptions,or fuel.To find more information,go to google and type in flexfuel,and look at what Brazil is doing with sugar cane.This is a country independant of outside oil...Back to pktx..We probably took a hit because of the news of the veto.
