Mr. Gerristen is an accomplished corporate financial professional with cross industry experience creating and increasing productivity, efficiency and profitability for Canadian and US companies.
Mr. Gerritsen has more than 15 years of broad management experience in public and private companies, including acquisitions, strategic planning, contract negotiations, investor relations, finance, operations, IPO's and divestitures. Most recently he served as CFO of Dynavar Corporation, playing a central role in the success of this company offering a wide range of integrated voice/data and next generation communication solutions and support services to companies in Canada, the US and Mexico. As CFO he directed the company's cash planning and finances through a period of very strong growth (40 per cent per year), led the establishment of operations in Mexico and built an enhanced accounting team to keep pace with the control and reporting requirements of a rapidly growing organization.

In conjunction with the Vice President Finance and CFO appointment and subject to regulatory approval, the Corporation has approved the grant of an aggregate of 135,000 stock options, which are convertible into common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.30 and a five-year term to expiry.
