NEWS -- RepeatSeat in Discussion With Lenders Respecting Technical Covenant Breach

CALGARY, ALBERTA, Nov 27, 2007 --
RepeatSeat Ltd. ("RepeatSeat") (TSX VENTURE:RPS), a North American leader in providing entertainment solutions announces that it is in technical breach with certain of its covenants with respect to the debt financing convertible debenture arrangements entered into with Roynat Capital Inc. and Knight's Bridge Capital Corporation ("the Lenders"). The Corporation is currently in discussions with the Lenders regarding resolution of the breach.
