This is just a ticket re-seller like etorontotickets.com here in Toronto. The sell some tickets that they have in inventory and help sell other people's tickets for a commission. If you google a team or show (Les Miserables for instance) that you want to see somewhere in North America, you'll find dozens of companies all doing the same thing.

RPS's technology for buying tickets through the cell phone is unique and will be the driving force of this company. All these other companies have to offer is that they may be potential customers of RPS in the future.
