George Davidson, President & CEO, has resigned his executive and board director positions with RepeatSeat. Mr. Davidson helped found RepeatSeat in 2000 and led the development of the Company's ticketing and mobile applications and its expansion in to the movie arcade business. The Board of Directors expresses their thanks to Mr. Davidson and looks forward to their continuing relationship.
Robert Christianson, formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RepeatSeat, has been appointed President of the Company and will retain his Chief Operating Officer role. Mr. Christianson is also a founding shareholder and instrumental in building the Company. He has worked with Mr. Davidson since the inception of the Company and is well-positioned to lead the Company towards being cash flow positive.
George Watson, Chairman of the Board of RepeatSeat since July 14, 2005, has assumed the role of Executive Chairman and will provide strategic oversight to the leadership team. Mr. Watson has an extensive background of executive leadership, including Chief Executive roles at TransCanada Pipelines and Critical Control Solutions.
