Successful Software Test at Montego Bay Leads to Installations throughout the Caribbean
CALGARY, ALBERTA -- July 15, 2008 -- RepeatSeat Ltd. ("RepeatSeat") (TSX VENTURE:RPS), a North American leader in providing entertainment solutions, and Chukka Caribbean Adventures (www.chukkacaribbean.com), the region's number one nature-adventure tour provider, are pleased to announce the successful roll out of the "TourMax" Tour and Excursion software. This patent pending product has been operating successfully at Chukka's Montego Bay location for the last six months and will now be expanded to handle all reservations, ticketing and tour dispatch functions in Jamaica, Belize, The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands.

The TourMax product will now be marketed throughout the Caribbean and then globally to Tour operators. RepeatSeat and Chukka have established a marketing alliance whereby revenue will be shared for clients brought to the product by Chukka.
