Bob Christianson, RepeatSeat President and COO noted " Combined on-line and mobile movie ticket sales in the months of July and August alone were up approximately 300,000 tickets as compared with the same months last year."
Mr. Christianson attributes these sales "to a strong slate of movies and an ever increasing user group that are embracing online ticketing as the preferred way to purchase a movie ticket for any type of movie. We are finding that more and more movie lovers are using the Internet or their mobile device to purchase their ticket on a recurring basis and anticipate that Internet and mobile customers will continue to grow and drive more sales as people discover the convenience and benefits attributed to an online purchase."
