CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Sept. 22, 2008) - RepeatSeat Ltd. ("RepeatSeat" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RPS.V), a North American leader in providing entertainment solutions, announces closing a non-brokered private placement on September 19, 2008 (the "Private Placement"), subject to regulatory approval, of 1,041,667 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.12 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of $125,000.
The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for sales and marketing initiatives and general corporate purposes. There were no finders' fees and/or commissions paid in relation to the closing of the Private Placement.
All sales were made on a private placement basis pursuant to exemptions from the prospectus requirements of applicable securities laws. Common Shares issued in connection with the Private Placement are subject to a four month regulatory hold period.
