I just looked at Repeatseat's filings on SEDAR and have discovered that PriceWaterhouse Coopers has resigned as auditor for Repeatseat. They are also due to report financials very soon, or may be late for that matter.

The interesting thing is that PriceWaterhouse Coopers is the auditor for Cineplex Odeon Canada. Repeatseats new auditor isGrant Thorton LLP. I would suspect that if Cineplex was to purchase Repeatseat that they would not have changed auditors.

This is the kind of news that I refer to in my gripe about Repeatseat not releasing information.

Why did PWC resign???

Are they being paid????
