Sage Gold issues stock options for $0.24 cents - todays news

Guess what this means, they expect the stock to go up very soon and issued these right before it takes off.

Sage also announces the grant of 3,055,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.24 per share issued to management, directors, employees, consultants and an investor relations consultant. The options will vest over twelve months and are exercisable for a period of five (5) years.
