Northstar Drilling Ltd. was identified as an 'insider' participant in latest PP... 100,000 FT @ 50 cents, incl. 50,000 warrants @ 75 cents.

FYI... Sage Gold (and Kodiak!) is a client of Northstar Drilling Ltd.

How many shares did Northstar pick up in Kodiak's $53.9 MILLION PP?!  We will find out when formal approval by exchange is announced SOON!

This is a very good sign IMO.
