Here is some data on Lucrum - basically a prospective interest in Kerrs.

Does anyone understand what this adds up to?

Sage now owns a piece of Lucrum which owns a piece of a Sage property plus some other claims.

What was the purpose of this? Who has gotten what advantage for what?

How much did SGX pay?

I noticed Lucrum in some KXL related news recently, but I've forgotten where.

If someone understands this, let us know!
