Make mine Keith's Red. I am in the same boat as you Charlie, actually a little worse I think. Slightly over 500,000 shares at avg price around .20cents. This current market sure took the wind out of our sail's and was not predicted at least not very well 1 year ago. So i think it is useless to beat up on what anyone said a year ago because we are in a totally different financail enviroment now what would have been hoo hum 1 year ago now would be positive, I to have cut back my expectations of this stock and all the others I have. At the current share price no point selling, but it is a buying opportunity for those trying to average down or just getting in now, like others I wish I was just buying in now for the first time. But it is what it is and sage has done as well as most and better than some, I am still a believer mainly because from a discovery stand point we have a better idea of what we have now than a year ago so I think it is foolish on anyones part to suggest we have not made headway. On a price per share and further dilution yes it is bad but I just don't see how we can blame this on sage management. In fact if they would have been unable to raise funds in this enviroment which was quite conceivable we all likely would be sitting on totally worthless shares right now, instead of a beaten down share price with good potential on the up side.

At this time I do not believe sage will hit $1 in 2009 if it makes it back up to .20c I will be happy, but if I were buying for the first time .20C is a nice return. Will I sell at .20C absolutely not. But we will likely have further dilution at the end of next year hopefully with more knowledge of what we have in the ground and a more favourable fianacial market at that time going ahead. Like I suggested before I was looking at about a 3 year play when I first bought sage with this sudden downturn in the markets it may now be a 4 or 5 year play like you say "IF" we have the goods. Which you have to admit look better with each and every anouncement, if the reverse was true we would be all bailing out now and at least getting something instead of nothing and that is not the case.

I feel quite comfortable with my .20 cent average share price and yes I wish it was .05C but it could be worse.
