One source of limited information is to go to www.tsx.com and enter the stock symbol sgx under GET QUOTE. This transfers you to the TMX Money site and you can see the bid and ask. If you search around on the page you'll see a link that get's you the delayed market depth, but it works only for stocks listed on the venture exchange( such as Sage). It's not as good as L2 but it will give you a head's up as to which way the wind is blowing.
