Not sure what feather posted exactly but the increased dilution becomes a very large problem for sgx the float is getting up to 236 million after the deal closes. If i recall at 400 million they consolidated stock last time.

Thats why its imperative they do JV,s to bring in cash , put plays into prodction eg Onoman, drill the G Mile and JV it off or lets hope for a takeover!!!!
