Sage Gold Option Grant

Sage Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SGX) ('Sage') announces that, pursuant to its 2009 Incentive Stock Option Plan, it has granted 1.2 million options ('Options') to acquire 1.2 million common shares ('Shares') of Sage at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share to consultants of Sage. The Options will be exercisable for a period of two years from the date of grant and will vest over one (1) year.
