Ok. So SGX did retain Moody's services.

Anyone have any idea why an exploration company like SGX would need such services? Any money they receive they raise on public market... Maybe a criteria for Puma transaction? Maybe a criteria for some other bigger coming transaction? No idea. Comments?

Also wonder why company would say 'No we didn't retain Moody's services' and then 'Yes we did retain Moody's services'. What's up with that?
