Good points, Tibber.

Could it be a rival, even a neighbour perchance , that wanted to gauge the economic health of Sage, in the event that there would be land up for grabs if things were not all rosy?

Or is it one of those standard things that just have to be investigated prior to mergers; kinda like the old days when folks had to have a blood test before getting "married".
