I wouldn't read too much into this right now. With a float this big there are always people trading for pennies ... in this case half a penny to a penny. the SP has not hit 7 cents with any volume since May 11 when 4 million shares traded and some of those traders are probably just happy to get out.

In order to confirm Red's theory, I would be looking for much higher volume over a prolonged period ... need to watch closely over the next month and see what happens.
