Anything is possible Z, but I doubt it would happen for all the reasons red just stated.

Plus

For less than 0.1% of their working capital they can add 17 million shares of SGX (10% of current float) under the radar and not have to report it.

If any major was wanting to buy into the BG area, Sage is by far one of the cheaper stocks and also has the second largest landholding behind Kodiak.

K, as they were a large stakeholder in CPW, has likely "looked under the hood" and ok'd the deal and I would place my bets that they are more likely to want more than 6% than they are to want to dump shares for 1/1000 of their working capital.

At worst they will hold what they have and not buy more. ... IMO
