As Red said we should be hearing about that soon. OAK has some directors with excellent credentials and backgrounds. One of them is Norman Betts who sits on the boards of 6 power companies and served as a leader in the BC government. I would think that they along with any help Sage could offer, would be successful. I wonder who those two 'arms length' individuals are that immediately staked claim to those expired claims. I am sure they will be involved with SGX and OAK, IF OAK is not able to get the claims renewed.
