If the Ontario government is anything like the Newfoundland government, (NFLD deciding a claim of v.rox, (Canstar) vrs Vineland which has been ongoing for over 10 years. That ones over the Mary March property. Rumour is that a decsision is going to be out by Oct.31st but who knows.) it may take years for the government to decide. The wheels of government turn very very slooooooooow. and

If the property had tons of gold on it be sure KXL and SGX would be in court fighting this out or getting this settled quickly than having the attitude of, "it's still in their hands."
