Thank you, that makes more sense. I knew there was something I was missing.

Still, this does not address the fact that $5 million worth of warrants (more than 1/3 the number quoted) will be worth dust in the wind by mid November.

In addition, the weighted average exercise price of options is $0.28 according to June 30 financials.

So unless the rabbit you pull out of the hat is made of gold, most of these warrants and options will go unexercised.
